Refund policy

RECEIVING DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If a product is delivered damaged, notify us immediately at care@the-goodnesscompany.com. For online payments, a refund request needs to be submitted for issuance of refund as store credit. This can be used towards future purchases for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.

MISPLACED AND INCORRECT ORDERS

RETURNING PRODUCTS
Products can be returned only if a manufacturing defect is identified. For any items returned, we do not refund delivery charges.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Edible items and customized goods cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately with a phone call and email. Your card will not be charged for the same. Our team will also suggest alternative or substitute options.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.
