Is buying online safe?

How do I place an order?
Click on the âAdd to Cartâ button on the product, and it will be added to your cart. You can then head to the âCartâ page, from where you can proceed to the checkout page and complete the purchase.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to deliver all orders within 2 working days. You will be notified if there is a delay with your delivery.
Do I need to be there to receive my order?
Ideally, there should be someone available to accept the delivery of your order. If no oneâs going to be available, please mention the same in your order notes and we can leave it at the door or with building security based on your instructions. However, we are not responsible for any missing or damaged items after delivery in such scenarios.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only within the United Arab Emirates and Singapore. We are working on international shipping options and will announce them soon.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards like Visa, Mastercard and American Express; along with Apple Pay. However we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
How do I create an account?
You can also create an account during the check-out process or by clicking on the 'account' icon on top right corner. Fill out all the necessary information and an account will be created.
