Placing an Order

Click on the “Add to Cart” button on the product, and it will be added to your cart. You can then head to the ‘Cart’ page, from where you can proceed to the checkout page and complete the purchase.

Order Timings

You will be advised on the available delivery time-slots during checkout.

Receiving your Order

Ideally, there should be someone available to accept the delivery of your order. If no one’s going to be available, please mention the same in your order notes and we can leave these at the door or with building security based on your instructions. However, we are not responsible for any missing or damaged items after delivery in such scenarios. Please note that this option is not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Collecting an Order from Us

As of now, it’s not possible to collect your orders from us. However, you can visit our Retail Partners to shop our products.

About our Delivery Service

Orders are delivered across the UAE by our logistics partner in a sterilized and temperature-controlled fleet, five days a week from Sunday – Thursday. There should be someone available to accept the delivery of your order. Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, special occasions, or any unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances.

Payment Options

Credit Cards

We accept payments through a secure credit card transaction. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. A protected shopping experience is ensured on our site.

Apple Pay Payments

Before completing checkout, you will see an option to “Buy with Apple Pay”. Tap this button and make sure your billing, shipping and contact information is correct. Choose your preferred card. Depending on your device type you will need to use your Face ID or passcode to confirm the payment. When your payment is successful, you will see Done and a checkmark on the screen.

Paying Cash on Delivery

We currently do not accept cash on delivery.

Receiving Damaged Products

If a product is delivered damaged, notify us immediately at [email protected]. For online payments, a refund request needs to be submitted for issuance of refund as store credit. This can be used towards future purchases for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order within 15 minutes of the order being placed by calling our Customer Service team at +971 58 507 6236 or by emailing [email protected]. For credit card payments, refunds will be made back to the credit card used as the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund to be completed.

Returning Products

Products can be returned only if a manufacturing defect is identified. For any items returned, we do not refund delivery charges.
