3 Chefs Dinner with Foodiva
Our continued journey of mindful and conscious living has organically led to collaborations with organisations and individuals that display a sense of unparalleled authenticity and vision. It is also what precisely brought us to the inner circle of Foodiva; a recognized connoisseur of fine food and host behind the immensely popular (and glamorous) 3 Chefs Dinner.
For its fourth edition the theme was Contemporary Greek Cuisine while the venue itself was none other than Avli by Tashas at DIFC; a homegrown and licensed restaurant by Greek-South African restaurateur Natasha Sideris. The fine-dining experience which typically revolves around an intricately curated menu by Foodiva herself is brought to life by the exquisite culinary prowess of three local chefs. This is where we come in.
TGC proudly provided our decadent vegan chocolate to the dinner which was then utilised by Chef Timothy Newton of Opa to craft a paradisal Chocolate Piato; complete with brownies, cookies, honeycomb ice cream and wild cherries. Our mission is to ensure that more restaurants utilise vegan chocolate in their menus in a continued effort to further establish sustainable practices.
